Newport Grand (formerly Grand Jai Alai)

Debris and ash were observed in geotechnical borings drilled at the 23 acre property leading to an environmental investigation. NE&C’s research revealed that the City Dump was once located beneath the main parking lot. Further investigation was conducted to characterize the nature of the debris, delineate the extent, and evaluate environmental hazards.
