Northeast Engineers & Consultants provided traffic/transportation engineering services for the redesign of intersection connecting the Bayview Estates private community to Route 114 in Portsmouth RI. It was found that the existing signal was unsafe, and Northeast Engineers provided a new design in accordance with standards and specifications of AASHTO and the Rhode Island Department of Transportation.
