The
super retail center is constructed on a 6 acre
site with located between Atwood Avenue (Route
5) and Hartford Avenue (Route 6). The development
of this site required the NE&C to complete
a watershed study of the affected area. In order
to meet drainage standards for this area, NE&C
designed a 250,000 gallon subsurface detention
system.
