Northeast Engineers & Consultants, Inc. has been providing engineering for the development of a Historical waterfront into a combination retail and commercial complex. The site is underlain by old fill and marine deposits, requiring pile foundations for the buildings. NE&C performed a geotechnical investigation of the site to develop foundation recommendations and design criteria, and monitored the pile driving operations, including pile load tests.
